Pfizer Signs Over $500 Million Deal with Enodia for Sec61-Targeted Protein Degraders

Pfizer has agreed to a deal worth more than $500 million with Enodia to discover and advance novel small-molecule therapies using Enodia's proprietary platform, which selectively modulates the Sec61 translocon to inhibit disease-causing proteins at their site of synthesis. After the collaboration term, Pfizer will handle all clinical, manufacturing, regulatory and commercialization activities.
