Lingshi Zhiyuan's ES502 injection, a TCR-T cell engager, received implicit NMPA clinical trial clearance on October 14, 2026 for advanced solid tumors with RAS G12V mutations. The product had already obtained a US FDA IND on March 12, 2026, completing dual China-US IND filings and enabling parallel clinical development in both regions.
