FDA issues warning over Eurofins’ selective recording that 'compromises' data

The FDA has sent Eurofins a warning letter after inspectors visiting its Horsham, Pennsylvania laboratory in June found incomplete test records and selectively documented pour plate results, a practice analysts confirmed dated back to February 2025. The agency called the contract testing laboratory's responses inadequate, saying results from cracked and desiccated plates cannot be considered valid. The FDA also issued warning letters to Hanlim Pharm and SCA Pharmaceuticals in the same batch.
