Mirikizumab one-year data show steroid-free disease control in ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease

In brief
One year of mirikizumab (Omvoh) produced steroid-free outcomes in two Lilly trials. In LUCENT-2, 27.7% of ulcerative colitis patients achieved comprehensive steroid-free disease control, and in VIVID-1, 20.4% of Crohn's disease patients achieved steroid-free deep remission. The results extend mirikizumab's reported efficacy profile to composite one-year endpoints in both conditions.
