CSL and Alentis Sign Up to $1.6 Billion Deal for Claudin-1 Antibody Lixudebart

CSL and Alentis Therapeutics have struck a global collaboration worth up to roughly $1.6 billion to develop lixudebart, a monoclonal antibody targeting Claudin-1, a protein linked to tissue barriers, cell signaling and organ fibrosis.
