The deal covers two armed CAR-T therapies nearing human testing in non-Hodkin lymphoma and small cell lung cancer, plus three undisclosed preclinical projects. Armed Cell named Willemijn Kremer, a former Galapagos cell therapy executive, as CEO, replacing interim CEO Paul Stoffels.
