FDA Approves Roche's Satralizumab for Thyroid Eye Disease in Adults

Roche said on October 16 that the FDA has approved Satralizumab (Enspryng) for treating adults with thyroid eye disease (TED), making it the first and currently only at-home subcutaneous injection option for these patients. Patients or trained caregivers can administer the injection themselves. The approval is the drug's second indication, following NMOSD.
